Gluten-free Stuffed Crust Garlic Bread

We had bought this gluten-free Betty Crocker pizza crust mix a while ago and I thought a little and came up with Gluten-free Stuffed Crust Garlic Bread. It is absolutely amazing and cheesy!

Ingredients:

  •   1 Betty Crocker Gluten-free pizza crust mix plus the ingredients on the box
  • 1 Tbs of butter
  • 1/2 Tbs of garlic salt
  • Cheese sticksIMG_4112

Directions:

Follow instructions on the box to make the dough. The roll the dough out into a circle on a nonstick baking pan. My mom taught me the easiest way to do this is wet your hands and move them in circles until it is the thickness you want. Next unwrap the cheese sticks and place them around the edges leaving about 1-2 inches of dough on the ends.

Then wet your hands again and take the edges and pull them over the cheese stick. Be careful and try not to tear the dough. Smooth out the dough and make sure it’s all sealed up. Bake at 425 F for 10 min. The cheese might come out the sides but that’s fine because the crust will still filled with cheese. While that’s baking melt the butter and garlic salt for 25 in the microwave.

After 10 min. take the pizza crust out and brush with the butter and garlic mixture. Let sit for 5 min just so that it soaks up all the butter. (There was cheese everywhere!)

Now brush it with the butter and garlic 1 more time and then bake it another 10 min. Cut into triangle or squares and enjoy!

I just want to thank everyone who has visited, liked or followed my blog. I really enjoy doing this!
