Gluten-free Chicken Salad

This is a very simple and easy school lunch idea. It’s great with corn tortilla chips, on bread or by itself!

Ingredients:

  • 2 shredded chicken breasts (We used a rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 cup of grapes
  • 1 chive chopped
  • ½ cup of mayo

Directions:

Place shredded chicken, mayo and chives in a container. Slice the grapes and place them in the container with the chicken, mayo and chives.
