I found gluten-free pizza crusts today and thought it would be fun to make Barbecue Chicken Pizza. Let’s get started!
- 4 Tbsp. of Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce
- ¼ cup cooked shredded chicken breast
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2/3 cup cheese
- Bacon (optional)
- 1 Udi’s Gluten-free Pizza Crust
- 1 Tbsp. chopped red onion
First, preheat the oven to 375º. Then, place your pizza crust on a non-stick baking sheet. Next, mix 2 Tbsp. of the barbecue and place it in a small bowl with the honey and mix until fully combined. Then, add the rest of the barbecue and the chicken in another small bowl and mix. Now, spread the barbecue and honey sauce on the pizza crust.
Then, add the cheese, bacon, onion, and chicken to the pizza.
Cook in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
