Deviled Eggs with Spider Olives

My Aunt Barbara loves Halloween and is known for her deviled eggs, so when we spent Halloween with her last year she shared these with us.

Deviled Eggs (12 halves)

6 hard boiled eggs

1/2 tsp dry mustard

1/4 tsp pepper

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1/4 c mayo

black olives

Hard boil the eggs. Chill in refrigerator for a few hours. Slice in half long ways and slide out the yolk. Put the yolk, and all other ingredients in a bowl except paprika and black olives. Mix all of the ingredients until smooth. We like to use an icing bag and fun tip to make a design with the filling but you can just use a spoon and put the filling into the egg hole. Once they are all filled cut the olives in half. One half will be the body and then cut the other half into strips for legs. Place the pieces on the eggs to look like spiders.

Serve as a side with my hot dog spiders and some chips!
