Glutino has shared gluten-free Vanilla cookies with me this week and I thought I would make cookie truffles!! 🙂
- 20 Glutino Vanilla Cookies
- 4 oz of cream cheese
- 2 cups of chocolate chips
First, crush all 20 cookies in a food processor until the are finely crushed.
Next, combined cream cheese and the cookie crumb in a bowl and mix until well combined.
Roll into small balls and place them on a nonstick pan and refrigerate for 1 hour. After 1 hour take them out and set them aside. Then, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and dip the balls into the chocolate and set back on the tray and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
These taste so much like cheese cake! Hope y’all enjoy 🙂
