Gluten-free “s’mores” explosion 

 
Gluten-free graham crackers are usually hard to find or they’re super expensive so today when Glutino sent me GF pretzels I thought I would try to make my own.
My little siblings came to help me today!

Let’s get started!


Ingredients:

  • Glutino Gluten-free Pretzle Sticks
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (or white chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup crushed Butterfingers
  • 1/2 cup Marshmallows
  • 2 Tablespoons of water
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

 Directions:

First, melt the marshmallows and water for 15 seconds in the microwave and stir until melted.
Next, add the powdered sugar and vanilla and stir until fully combined and set in fridge for 15 minutes.

Then, melt the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds stir and then set for 10 second intervals until fully melted. Now place the melted chocolate in a Ziploc bag and seal. Then cut a small tip off of the corner and place a little chocolate onto one side of a pretzel and stick another one to it.  Continue this process until you have a big enough square.

 
Now to make sure that they are all stuck together drizzle chocolate over the top.




Next, sprinkle some of the Butterfinger bits onto the melted chocolate and let them sit until chocolate has hardened.


Take the marshmallow sauce out of the fridge and put a little bit on top.
