Gluten-free onion rings using Better Batter Seasoned Flour

I love onion rings but I never tried to make them until Better Batter  sent me thier Seasoned Flour Mix. Let’s get started!

(This recipe was on the back of the box but I changed a few of the steps )

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb onions cut into slices and seperated into rings
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of the Seasoned Flour Mix
  • 2 cups water

   Directions:

Combine the flour and the egg. Mix with a fork or spoon. Gradually add water until batter  is at the consistency that you want. Dip the onion rings in the batter and place on a plate.

Heat about 1 inch of oil in a pan on the stove to 350 degrees. Fry for 2-4 minutes flipping them over to make sure they are fried evenly.

I want to say thank you to Better Batter for the amazing product that they sent me. Hope y’all enjoyed these super easy Gluten- free Onion Rings! 🙂
