- 2 Betty Crocker Gluten-free Vanilla Cake Mixes
- 2 16 oz. containers gluten free vanilla icing
- Candy (mints, gumdrops, life saver gummies, gummy worms and anything else you can think of!)
- A gingerbread house silicon cake mold
Follow recipe on cake box. Now take the silicon mold and put it on a baking sheet. Fill the molds about 2/3 high.
Bake them at 350′ for about 40 minutes. After 40 minutes insert a toothpick in the center of all of them and if it comes out clean they are done; if it doesn’t come out clean put them back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Repeat the process until the toothpick comes out clean. Allow the cakes to cool before removing them from the mold and then cut off the bottoms so that they are level and set them on a plate.
My family always has fun doing these with our friends every year. I hope y’all enjoy these Gluten-free Christmas Cakes! 🙂
