Gluten-free Christmas Cakes

Christmas is almost here! We had a few friends over today to decorate these super cool Christmas cakes. Let’s get started!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Betty Crocker Gluten-free Vanilla Cake Mixes13DaysTillChristmas
  • 2 16 oz. containers gluten free  vanilla icing
  • Candy (mints, gumdrops, life saver gummies, gummy worms and anything else you can think of!)
  • A  gingerbread house silicon cake mold

Directions:

Follow recipe on cake box. Now take the silicon mold and put it on a baking sheet. Fill the molds  about 2/3 high.

( The bottom one isn’t full!)

Bake them at 350′ for about 40 minutes. After 40 minutes insert a toothpick in the center of all of them and if it comes out clean they are done; if it doesn’t come out clean put them back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Repeat the process until the toothpick comes out clean. Allow the cakes to cool before removing them from the mold and then cut off the bottoms so that they are level and set them on a plate.

Now put the icing into Ziploc bags and cut off the tip of them to make piping bags. Then put the candy in bowls and you’re ready!
