Gluten-free Yorkshire Pudding

 

  

Yorkshire Pudding doesn’t last long with my family!

(This is my amazing gramma’s recipe!)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Jelly/jam

Directions:

1. Beat the eggs and milk in a medium sized bowl.

2. Add the flour and salt then mix until fully combined.

3. Pour into a greased  9×13 inch pan and dollop with butter.

4. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes.
