Its been 1 year since I created Thecreatorstoolbox.com! I have met new people, made lots of yummy recipes, and most of all I have had a lot of fun doing it! Creating a blog was always a dream of mine but I kept on putting it off until 1 year ago: July 13, 2015! I hope to soon be launching a TCT Merchandise store (Coming Soon!) and maybe even a cookbook! Thank you to every single person who has followed, liked, or commented on my blog. It’s exciting to see how many people enjoy reading my posts! You guys are amazing! Ok, now the recipe:
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup milk
- Caramel Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon xantham gum
- Whipped Cream
1. Mix in 1 Tablespoon of caramel sauce into the cooled coffee. Pour the coffee mixture into an ice cube mold and freeze for 4 hours.
2. Blend the coffee ice cubes, milk, sugar, xantham gum, and 1 Tablespoon of caramel sauce in a blender.
3. Pour into a mason jar and top with whipped cream and caramel sauce.
